Monday-3 miles. Ran with my buddy Meredith today. It is humid and a bit warm. Now I have to eat and get a nap before work tonight.
Tuesday-3 (did not run)
Wednesday-rest
Thursday-3.. Thanksgiving Day. We were in Benton. I went to Tyndall Park and ran 2.5 miles.
Friday-rest
Saturday-4. Ran 4.7 miles.
