Kick Start Day 6

It is the 4th of July!!! Happy Independence Day America.

Today's diet has been fair. It is not that I have eaten badly, I just haven't eaten much. I needed to take in more fuel.
We are about to leave for a party where there will be hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and beer.
I will try and be very careful.

My workouts today
1. ab ripper X (339 ab/core exercises)
2. Cardio Party 3

Now we are about to leave for the party.
